19th Century Spanish Fajalauza Lebrillo Bowl
A beautifully aged hand-painted Spanish Fajalauza lebillo bowl dating to the late 19th century, sourced in Europe and selected for its rich character and timeless Andalusian craftsmanship. This antique earthenware bowl features a traditional bird motif framed by looping green and black brushwork on a creamy tin-glazed ground — a classic decorative style associated with Granada, Spain.
Rich with visible handwork and centuries-old charm, this piece brings warmth and collected European character to modern interiors. Beautiful styled on a wall, layered on open shelving, or used as a statement centerpiece.
The back reveals an old hanging wire and age-appropriate wear consistent with authentic antique Spanish pottery. Glaze variation, rim wear, small chips, and firing imperfections all add to the character and history of the piece.
A striking example of traditional Spanish folk pottery with a timeless palette that layers beautifully into collected interiors.
Dimensions: 15” x 5”
