Provence - 8” x 2.5” French Handmade Ceramic Basket

A striking vintage French ceramic basket finished in a rich emerald green glaze. The intricately pierced design mimics traditional woven basketry, with sculptural loops, braided detailing and a twisted rope-style border.

Beautifully decorative while still functional, this piece is perfect for holding fruit, displaying collected objects, or simply styled on a table or shelf. The deep green glaze makes it especially wonderful mixed with antique French pottery and faience.
